For over 15 years we have run our own two self storage sites providing us with the knowledge and experience to offer guidance to customers who are establishing new self storage facilities or expanding existing sites.  We currently work closely with over 120 existing self stores throughout the UK.

We can help as little or as much as you require covering everything from the initial site survey through to the maximisation of the site’s potential usage.

You will benefit from a fully experienced, dedicated account manager, a single point of contact who will take the time to learn everything they need to know about your business and understanding your needs, offering their skills and knowledge to make future order processes seamless.  They will identify the most suitable container specification i.e colour, size, openings and door gear positionings and address any special delivery requirements and/or additional products you may require i.e Contain-A-Lock, Grafo therm, racking etc, saving you the time and effort of repeating the same details with every order.

We also offer various payment options ranging from outright purchase to finance lease (this is a quick and simple way of obtaining equipment without impacting on the ‘all important’ cash flow in your business).

Our additional products can be added to the containers to offer a fully equipped unit that suits your business specification.  These range from the fitting of our patented locking system (Contain-a-lock), master keyed or suited locks through to fully lined and insulated units.

The containers that we supply can be new/single trip or used for sale and hire.  Our single trip containers are sourced directly from the Far East, and if required can be converted into various sizes.  A popular option for the self store industry are the ‘multi-store’ units that we are able to create.

This is where we convert standard containers into multiple smaller individual stores, where each unit will have its own door.  These units are easy to use and very secure and give you the ability to offer a smaller option.

Our long established nationwide haulage partners, are experienced in delivering to the self store industry and are aware of all factors that have to be taken into consideration for the safe and effective, trouble-free delivery of your containers.

We recognise that many of our customers will not have purchased anything quite as large as a shipping container before and may have concerns such as ‘What haven’t I thought about and what could go wrong?’ To this end, your dedicated account manager will work closely with you, and the hauliers every step of the way to ensure the units are suitably sited and functioning and delivered on a date that is convenient to you.
