We were approached by Siltbuster, who specialise in water treatment for construction and other industrial and mining sectors, to fulfil their bespoke enclosure needs. At S Jones, we build the shells ready for Siltbuster to install their specialist equipment.
We removed the existing floor of this 20’ high cube container and created an open grid bunded floor with a side drain, made from glass-fibre reinforced plastic ‘GRP’. We then added a recessed personnel door, to prevent any damage while in transit, and installed a key code entry.

• A galvanised, manual, side-access roller shutter (for access to load the IBCS into the unit)
• Additional side penetration frames
• Internal welded brackets (ready for equipment to be installed)
Finally, to add another personal touch, we re-spray in our in-house paint booth to our customers’ specification.
