Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, providing timely and professional responses, and maximising sales opportunities while upholding our company values and standards. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.


You will need to be able to:

  • Handle customer enquiries via telephone, email, and other channels
  • Provide timely and professional responses to enquiries, maximising sales opportunities
  • Prepare and send quotations, following up as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Seek new business opportunities and maintain awareness of market trends and competitors
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to support team objectives and goals
  • Adhere to company and statutory policies, processes, and procedures
  • Undertake training as required to enhance skills and knowledge

You will need:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word) and CRM software
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment
  • Proficiency in sales processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven with a focus on achieving results
  • Reliability, trustworthiness , and punctuality

  • Salary: £30,867 per annum, plus commission
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00 TBC
  • Location: Aldridge
