When ChipsAway required a dedicated customer reception area for its Kidderminster car care centre, we supplied a modular building that provided a professional and welcoming space for visitors.
Working closely with the customer throughout the design process, the finished building delivered a practical reception facility that reflected the ChipsAway brand and enhanced the experience for customers arriving on site.
ChipsAway is one of the UK’s best-known vehicle repair specialists, providing paintwork and cosmetic repair services through a nationwide network of centres and mobile technicians. As part of ongoing improvements at its Kidderminster location, the company wanted to create a dedicated reception space where customers could be welcomed comfortably while visiting the site.
The project required a reception building that would provide a bright, professional environment for customers, while also incorporating a customer WC within the available footprint.
Following an initial enquiry, our modular team discussed a number of options with the customer before arranging a visit to our premises to view both shipping containers and modular buildings. After reviewing the available solutions, a 20ft x 8ft Containex modular unit was selected as the most suitable option for the application.
Working closely with the ChipsAway team, several design concepts were developed and refined until the layout met the customer’s requirements. Once installed at the Kidderminster site, the building was wrapped in ChipsAway branding and fitted out to create a welcoming reception area that complemented the wider facility.
