Flat Pack Insulated COSHH Chemical Store Features and Benefits

Strong & Secure

Chemical stores need to be secure to prevent vandalism or theft. Our insulated flat pack chemical stores have a strong, galvanized body with a double locking system

Fewer Access Restrictions

As the name suggests, a flat pack chemical unit is delivered as flat pack! This makes it much easier to deliver the unit to sites with limited access, or areas where a lorry couldn’t get to

Can Be Self-Assembled

Designed to be self-assembled without any special machinery or tools (necessary fittings are included). Alternatively, we can arrange for our specialist team to assemble the unit on delivery

High Quality Storage Unit

“Flat pack” is often associated with low quality materials, but this is not the case with our units. All our COSHH flat pack units are finished to a high quality with an approved CE mark and a five-year guarantee

Can Be Moved

Thanks to the quality materials and high-quality finishing, our flat pack units can be de-assembled and re-assembled without compromising the structural integrity, so you can move them to any location at any time

Adaptable to Your Needs

Flat pack chemical store units are modular and can be linked together to create a larger space. You can also add flat pack container accessories, such as shelving, to adapt your chemical store

Why Purchase an Insulated Chemical Store?

Just like our standard flat-pack COSHH-compliant chemical storage units, its insulated counterpart is fully compliant with the required legislation for a COSHH unit.

There are certain chemicals that can begin to freeze when below a certain temperature, which causes inconvenience as the chemical cannot be used when frozen. Our insulated chemical stores have double skinned galvanised steel walls, with fire resistant insulation between panels. This makes the unit completely frost and condensation proof.

Our insulated chemical storage units also have ventilation to prevent any trapped gas or leaks within the unit.

I just wanted to thank everyone at S.Jones for the brilliant, professional service throughout the whole process of buying and delivering my container and also for their patience whilst we coped with very unhelpful weather on site. Special thanks to Rachel and Lorna and Lee at John Butlin & Co. Ltd
Transport and the very helpful, professional and efficient driver on the day. I had never bought a container (which by the way was very smart for a reconditioned one) and they all helped me when I must have been a complete pain at times!
