“Our school’s first outdoor storage attempt was using a garden shed however, within a month it was broken into and several hundred pounds worth of gardening equipment was stolen. The cost of which had to be met by the school. We needed to significantly upgrade our security within the site.
Earlier this year the decision was taken to buy a used 20ft unit from S Jones. The price and options offered were exactly what we wanted. We had it painted green so that it fitted into our chosen location and elected to have the anti-condensation paint applied inside to keep the stored items dry.” Finally, we chose the option of the high security lock both supplied and recommended by S Jones.
The delivery driver was both excellent and helpful. After I had prepared the area by removing some branches from overhanging trees, I wanted the container to be dropped into a tight gap in the remaining trees. It was not a straightforward lift, though with a little care it was clearly achievable.
I asked for it to be placed onto the timbers that I had previously laid out and when it finally settled it was exactly where I wanted it.
Now, several months later, our unit is in constant use and has made a real difference – so much so we have just ordered a second one. I would heartily recommend both the containers and S Jones to other schools.”
