Silverdale Enterprise Centre, part of Staffordshire County Council’s network of “easy-let” accommodations, supports local small businesses with flexible, affordable workshop and office spaces.
S Jones partnered with the council to address increased demand for start-up workshops by converting 40ft containers into 12 bespoke units. Each unit was insulated, fitted with electrics, durable workbenches, and secure doors, offering a robust and comfortable workspace. Additional facilities, including a toilet block and kitchenette, completed the project, enhancing the centre’s capacity to support the local business community.
