As an operator of two self storage sites, we are fully aware of the many and varied questions to do with the opening of a new site or expanding an existing one. We will help as much or as little as our customers require and this covers everything from the initial site survey to establish maximising the site’s utilisation so that we optimise the revenue return to the ability to offer flexible payment options through Finance Leasing to aide with the initial set up costs.
We offer optional additional products that can added to shipping containers to offer a superior unit, which will give you the advantage on your competitors. These range from fitting of our patented locking system (Contain-a-Lock), master keyed or suited locks through to fully ply-lined and insulated units. Of course, all of these will be dependent on your requirement and budget.
The containers that we supply can be single trip (new) or used and by using our long established haulage partners, will be delivered on a date that is convenient for you.
